• Account Information: Your chosen username, email address if you create a password account, linked Discord user ID, display name, avatar, and a salted password hash. With your permission, Discord sign-in also provides your email address for your account display. Email and password accounts require email verification. Discord quick login uses a 30-minute session; linked email accounts still require their verification code.
• Transaction Data: Order details, payment confirmations, subscription information, and delivery timelines.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, login activity, and usage data.
• Communication Data: Information submitted through support tickets, contact forms, Discord support interactions, or direct communications.
• Discord Data: Discord account and guild identifiers, server permissions used to determine which servers you manage, and guild configuration and license activation records. Enabled bot features may process messages, moderation records, tickets, transcripts, and other Discord content needed to perform the requested function.
• Login Data: Server-side sessions and Discord access tokens used for login and guild lookup. We also store email verification status, hashed verification codes, expiry times, attempt limits, and temporary pending account changes. The website does not request your Discord password.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Checkout: Purchases are handled through SellAuth and its payment providers under their own policies. This website does not collect your payment card details.
• Account emails: Resend processes recipient email addresses and email content to deliver verification codes for sign-in and account changes.
• Optional bug reports: When you click Submit bug report after an error, we send that error’s reference, timestamp, page, account and Discord IDs, and sanitized code locations to our private Discord channel. Reports exclude passwords, verification codes, license keys, request bodies, and email contents.
• Discord: Login and bot features communicate with Discord. Third-party image hosts receive requests when you view externally hosted guide images.
• Service Providers: When necessary to operate, maintain, or secure our services.
• Legal Compliance: If required by applicable law, regulation, court order, or lawful government request.
• Business Protection: To investigate fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, protect our rights, or resolve disputes.

4. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, fulfill purchases, maintain account functionality, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements.

You may request deletion of your personal information where applicable. Certain records may be retained when required for financial reporting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or security purposes.
