Build an announcement with a live preview
Set the title, description, color, and fields of your embed. Add an image or thumbnail when it helps members understand the message. Use the preview to check field lengths and layout before sending to your chosen channel.
Add link buttons and role buttons
Attach a link button for a website or guide, or use the editor’s role-button option with a selected server role. Check the role and the bot’s permissions before publishing. These controls belong to your message, so you can review them together with the embed.
Save messages you use again
Keep reusable embeds in your server’s saved embed library. Open a saved message to update its content, fields, and buttons. The library keeps regular announcements and event messages accessible without rebuilding the layout each time.
Connect embeds to member events
Choose a saved embed for supported member events, including join, leave, boost, and server tag messages. Event delivery uses the latest saved version. Test saved settings in Discord and review delivery history before relying on the message for your community.

Can I edit an existing Discord message?
Use Edit Embed to load a supported message by link or choose it from a channel, then review and save your changes.
