Overseer brings Discord server management tools into one dashboard. Select your server, configure staff access, and manage the features your community uses.
Start with your license and server access
Sign in, activate an Overseer license for your server, and invite the bot. The dashboard checks your Discord server access before showing management controls. Select the right server before editing its settings.
Define staff responsibilities
Role Configuration lets you choose the server roles associated with staff permission levels. Keep moderation and management access limited to the people who need it. Discord permissions and the bot’s role hierarchy still apply to actions in the server.
Choose where activity is recorded
Channel Configuration keeps supported logging destinations together. Select channels your staff can access and check the bot’s channel permissions. Feature switches let you choose which available systems run in your community.
Manage each server’s tools in context
Use dedicated pages for ticket panels, custom embeds, giveaways, XP, branding, and member events. Each editor keeps its controls with its preview or status information, helping you review a change before saving.

Do features start enabled?
No. Set up the features you need and enable them for your server when ready.
Can I manage multiple servers?
Select another eligible server from the dashboard. Each server needs the appropriate access and license.
